This summer's matches promise to be some of the most exciting in the sport of polo. The sport's greatest athletes will compete for one of polo's most treasured prizes. Returning as well will be some of the East End's most high-profile and influential audience of V.I.P's, celebrities and media. Nacho Figueras' Black Watch competes against Peter Brant's White Birch for the Bridgehampton Polo Challenge!

The 2011 season will commence on Saturday, July 23rd and will continue for six consecutive Saturdays, ending August 27th. Proceeds from Bridgehampton Polo Club will go to benefit the Bridgehampton Childcare and Recreational Center. The Urban Zen Foundation is helping Haiti through its involvement wtih the Bridgehampton Polo Challenge this season as well. Guests of the club will have the opportunity to visit the Urban Zen Foundation tent featuring information on their 3 initiatives: Empowering Children, Well-being, and Preserving Culture. Stop by and experience an amazing collection of handcrafted Haitian artwork and crafts. Urban Zen is committed to creating a successful model of philanthropy and commerce in the Haitian artisan communities by creating an awareness of the cultural beauty of the Haitian artistry. All proceeds from sales of these products go toward Hope, Help, & Rebuild Haiti. Through the preservation of culture we hope to empower the people of Haiti toward a more sustainable, successful and stable future. The VIP tent will host an invitation-only cocktail reception for exclusive guests each Saturday afternoon during the tournament. Matches will take place from 4pm - 6pm.
